Send us a quick video telling us about this successful repair and if we can use your experience to encourage others we’ll make a £250 donation to the charity of your choice (see below)


Family Action changes lives. With practical expertise, emotional support and direct financial help where needed, their frontline staff and volunteers are there for any family going through hard times.

National Energy Action (NEA) is the national charity working to end fuel poverty. NEA works across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, to ensure that everyone can afford to live in a warm, safe, and healthy home. In partnership with central and local government, fuel utilities, housing providers, consumer groups and voluntary organisations, NEA carries out a range of activities to address the causes and treat the symptoms of fuel poverty

And it will feature on our Know Watt’s What campaign encouraging people to think ‘Repair’ before they replace. If we are able to use your experience we’ll make a £250 donation to the charity you choose
